I know it's gonna be a while until we'll be forced to retire, but I like to check out my options years from now. Look at the rate of housing and energy cost these days, I believe it will be outragously expensive by the time we retire. I found an article about the retirement abroad...

The Middle Class In America

I just have to link this article to my website to remind me where I'm at in the middle class of America. The government keeps creating new laws and requirements for companies to go "green" and "healthy foods" to make some special interests groups rich so the consumers pay the higher prices for everything while having hard time to find jobs or find lower paying jobs. My company has salaries frozen for 3 years now and I'm considered lucky and good to still have a job. Until we find people who actually care about America to run it, America will go down the drain. "Yes we can" drive the country to the ground if we just let the government dictate what we should have and shouldn't have due to a certain special interests groups. Who give a "shite" about solar panels to save a few bucks on energy while real people have no roofs over their heads and not too skinny people have to pay more for their tacos. Many roads have potholes big enough to ruins cars, unsafe to drive exist for many years. Kids have parents working so much that don't have time to be with them in... ... parents school days, sitting lonely while other lucky children are happy with their parents.

I know, every President, especially the special one wants to make a difference, especially in their names, creates something memorable while in the office, like reformed health care, "green energy" regardless on how bad things will come out, oh yes, if it came out bad, "we inherit it". Any who, hope you are in the top 1%, because if you're not like the rest of us, we're being destroyed quickly in a "green" and "healthy" environment.

Here is the article:

22 Statistics That Prove The Middle Class is Being Systematically Wiped-Out Of Existence In America

Tesla Electric Cars Company

All companies that have a niche in green energy would be supported by investors, Tesla (TSLA) is nothing different, it went out on IPO not too long ago, stock went up and down below the initial price. Since it does have guaranteed money ($500M) from the tax payers c/o Mr. President Obama guarantees like Solyndra (solar), it may be supported greatly. But the CEO cashed out $24M on the IPO date? Is this a hype or a real thing? Is $19/share today is a great deal. I found this article on the internet and it made me think twice about buying the stock, but I have never made any money in stocks, so it's OK for me to think more than twice... So if anyone who can opens a "Green theme" company building anything would get Tax Payer money c/o Mr. President? Do all rich democrats money are invested heavily in all these companies before Mr. Obama took office? Is there a theme here? What about "No Special Interests"? Did anyone really check if these "Green theme" companies are not really special interests groups?

Energy Storage Resource Constraints

I bought my house in 2007, with interest of 6.375% and second... ... of 8%. Now I can't even refinance because our house price is below the appraisal price, I need 20% extra down to refinance. I can't get any support from the bank because our status didn't change (both of us still have jobs), we're not in default, if I want to be even considered, I must stop payment on my house, pretend to be extremely unfortunate, so Mr. Obama policy may be going to work. I must have bad credit.

We are happened to be in the group called "sorry, you don't belong anywhere": responsible, honest, middle class, tax payers, just barely making it citizens.

If Golf Is Totally Mental Then Tiger Woo Is Out...

I only watch golf tournaments Tiger Woods plays, I haven't watch any until the last 2 that he played and he both lost. I don't think he should play any more, he has unfinished business, his marriage, and golf is totally mental (beside fitness of course), he has no chance of winning.

1. If he can win, he will look bad because people think he has no remorse about his guilt of his affairs.

2. He would feel so bad of losing because he's greedy, ambitious and he wants to win because he has nothing else in life, no family, no love besides money.

3. In order for Tiger to ever think of winning again, he must settles his marriage business, either make a clean divorce or beg his wife to come back and be with him every time he plays. That may not ever be the case. Anyhow, his game is doomed until then.

If he keep playing so badly, no ones will watch him any more and he will be like OJ, forgotten with a bad mark forever. He must make a decision quickly, time will not heal what he did, only his actions will.

I won't be watching Tiger Woods play anymore,... ... it's boring, it's depressing, it's predictable, he isn't the unpredictable, exciting, player I used to see. Until he won a tournament then I'll start watching him again, that won't be this summer I'm sure. What a waste!

Talk about being naive and totally greedy, it's me, while I was looking for an A8 in 2004.
Auto Mechanical Warranty Regardless Of The Mileages?

I had received many phone calls about warranty for my old cars with over 90k miles for a few thousands bucks which would includes everything and without inspecting the cars. Why? Because according to their records, my cars had been well maintained from dealer's records (which dealers records). Anyhow, there are someone that I know did pay $2k for his 99 Audi A8 with 90k miles. Why would any insurance company would take $2k, guarantee the car for another 100k miles on top of the existing 90k miles, especially Audi A8 which would cost $1k for each hick up. And the stupidest part is that they don't even need to see the car. Well, a year later at about a little over 100k miles, the A8 needs the transmission. He took the car to the dealer with the insurance information in hands, hoping that they would pay 4k-6k for the work. Guess what, "too good to be true" again, the dealer kept the car for a week, trying to contact the insurance company, and the insurance company was out of business, the owner had to pay for diagnostics at the dealer and out of the car for 1 week.

Again, sometimes... ... we do need to have some common sense and a little logic, but greeds and ignorance normally would cost dearly.

Scam on the internet?

In the tough time like this time, people are desperate to make a living, and the desperates sometimes overlook the thing that's "too good to be true" like the one I almost got into. Upto the credit card info, I woke up, searched the internet and found a blog that talked about this internet money scheme.

The little ads

Then the big news 6

Well, for $2.97, I would try. And the blog did have many people making money too... Amazing.

I did go all the way, filled out everything until the credit card information. I didn't have any with me. Then I searched the internet to see what people say about this thing.

Someone had some information about this type of business

I am glad that I searched the internet for the info before I sign up for this free-trial. It may be good, but if someone can say something about it, it may not be so good. I had to write this one for my friends and families to watch out for this types of businesses. I almost did, so many others too, I'm sure... When I left the website, it didn't even want me to go.

If something is too good to be true,... ... then it may very well be... Always google for something you're going to pay, even $2.97, if they don't use Paypal, just credit card, that means they will be charging you forever...
