I was born to love art, I can draw & paint since I was young. When I was in high school, my dream was to be an artist for Walt Disney Animation, but when I graduated, I was persuaded toward Electronic Engineering, the high tech field... as my father put it "it's a safer career". I still paint and draw while going to EE degree. Anyhow, I built my own computers since 32Mb ram cost $60. @ computer swap meets (I don't even know if they exist any more). I moved from traditional hand Art to computer graphics, to high tech art and stuff. I started to make movies from my camcorder in mpeg1, vcd, then mpeg2, dvd, and now mkv, mp4, blu-ray. Now my stellar system is i7 920 @3.8Ghz, blazing fast for making hi-def movies and blu-ray. Before, when we go somewhere we're not familiar with, we use Thomas Guides, now we have portable & built-in GPS. Before, we network with cables and hubs, now we're wirelessly connected. Before, we use free hosting website, now we have our own because the cost is so inexpensive or may be we made more money now, who knows. But whatever we... ... did, we documented for other to use as references. God knows so many people actually know nothing about the high tech stuff even people in my high tech family wink This is the end of 2009, many people that use Internet every day for years and still don't know how to bookmark, other browsers or what a browser is. People use email every day and don't even know cc, bcc or even reply to all or just a sender. I always assume everyone would know everything, and I was wrong and as wrong as the people who write instruction on how to, assuming people who read have the same technical skill. I want to write procedures for total NON-technical person to be able to follow. This blog is dedicated for all the high tech stuff that I used or fixed or learned. If they're not correct, please correct me, else enjoy and hope they make your day some how.
